As with many small businesses, Peter B. Rice & Co., Inc. began as a one-man operation. Since our incorporation in 1984, we have steadily grown into a successful mid-sized design/build contracting firm specializing in custom homes, renovations and additions.

At Peter B. Rice & Co., we utilize state-of-the-art computer aided design tools to help clients bring their ideas to life. We also have a full-time office manager whose responsibility it is to facilitate communication and accurately document every facet of your project. We use Master Builder construction software, an in-depth construction-specific software, with integrated modules for estimating, project management, and accounting. Our field crew has expanded to seven full-time carpenters with extensive experience in all phases of building development, and our full service cabinet shop enables us to produce custom cabinetry and moldings for all your project needs.

Our goal is to provide quality service in all areas of residential construction including: renovation, restoration, new homes and additions.
